Built for rugged industrial and commercial applications, all BOSS cylinders meet worldwide safety standards. The stop rings, bronze coated pistons and heavy-duty materials provide durable and dependable operation in harsh operating environments.
The range features single and double acting cylinders, low profile and telescopic cylinders, mid profile, locking and hollow cylinders and light weight but super strong Aluminium cylinders – all with a huge range of size and capacity options and all rated to 10,000psi / 700 BAR.
The BOSS spring return range of cylinders use a heavy-duty, wound steel-plated spring, to provide faster retraction and hold tension, whilst the threaded collars and internal piston threads are built to withstand the full load of the cylinder.
The in-built rod wiper cleans the rod surface during retraction, which protects the inner cylinder assembly from dirt, moisture and other contaminants. Single-acting steel cylinders have a nitrided finish for internal rust protection and aluminium cylinders are fully anodised.
